BtCry1Ac 原毒素对杨扇舟蛾幼虫的毒力测定及幼虫对 Bt 毒素的细胞响应
In order to explore the effect of BtCry1Ac toxin on the midgut of Clostera anachoreta and its mechanism, this study used BtCry1Ac protoxin to determine the LC50 of the toxin on the larvae of C. anachoreta, and to observe the electron microscope structure of the midgut cells of C. anachoreta. The results showed that after feeding Bt toxin for 2 h, the microvilli of the midgut were broken off, the endoplasmic reticulum was swollen and arranged irregularly, the mitochondria were deformed, and the chromatin of the nucleus was condensed. With the extension of stress time, the lesions of those structures were aggravated. It was also found that autophagy and phagocytic structures were observed in intestinal cells, indicating that Bt stress might induce autophagy in midgut cells.
