保定市奶牛子宫内膜炎细菌分离鉴定和药敏试验
In order to find out the main pathogenic bacteria of endometritis in Baoding dairy cows and screen sensitive drugs, 76 dairy cows with endometritis were selected from 14 dairy farms in 6 districts and counties of Baoding. Uterine contents were collected aseptically, and bacterial isolation, identification and drug sensitivity tests were carried out. Results showed that the main pathogenic bacteria of cow endometritis in Baoding were Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus and Escherichia coli. The infection rate of single pathogenic bacteria was 18.4%, and the mixed infection rate of multiple pathogenic bacteria was 77.6%. Norfloxacin, florfenicol, neomycin, cefoxitin and cefotaxime are highly sensitive to major pathogenic bacteria.
