Achievement research performance evaluation driven by collaborative office platform

Abstract：The scientific research achievement evaluation is the key to systematically measure the completion quality of projects. It provides an important reference for the establishment of incentive system and rational allocation of scientific research resources. The input and output of research projects are substantive and belong to the quantitative standard, which can make the evaluation more scientific and objective. Considering that the current scientific research institutions usually manage achievements based on the collaborative office platform, the evaluation index system of agriculture research innovation achievements is studied. Under an improved entropy-TOPSIS evaluation framework, Shannon entropy is used to weight the evaluation indexes, and then Manhattan distance, cosine distance and gray correlation degree are introduced to optimize the ideal solution distance calculation of TOPSIS model. The practical test results show that this method supports the multi-indicator performance evaluation of agricultural scientific research projects. Compared with other traditional methods, it can effectively capture the detail differences of multi-level evaluation indexes, ensure the accuracy and objectivity, and the index system constructed can provide a reference model for other scientific research project evaluation and collaborative office platform to achieve the evaluation function.
